Scripts wont sync to iPhone

Have more or less come to the end of my tether with the unreliability of this app.

I am able to sync between Macs and even sync deletions to my iPhone, but scripts will not sync via iCloud to the phone. Scripts will however sync from the phone as also the deletions aforementioned.
